UX/UI Designer

• Understand the business objectives and current SFA-SFH CX landscape for the targeted applications.
• Assess the existing CX/UI design capabilities, assets, and resources available across teams.
• Engage with relevant business, product, design, and technology stakeholders to gather inputs and align expectations. Work with Sanjay( DV PM) and Yongqin (PO)
• Shape and develop the CX Refresh proposal, including recommended execution approach and delivery model.
• Identify opportunities for improving user experience, consistency, accessibility, and business value.
• Define the scope of CX improvements and associated assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
• Provide a clear recommendation on how the CX Refresh should be executed.
• Estimate the effort, timeline, resource requirements, and investment needed for implementation. Work with the Lead ADT.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend any additional support, skills, or resources required.
• Present the proposal and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership for alignment and approval.
