V & V Engineer

Your responsibilities will include: Apply key tools and models to allow for ‘TRS Ready' strategy during the scoping activities of G&I projects. Support continuous improvement of consumer satisfaction through internal validation correlations as identified by Quality Function Deployment (QFD) assessments. Utilize FMEA's to ID functional requirements, failure modes and detection methods. Provide progress status of the V&V plan at all WPD integration events. Ensure accuracy and clarity of lab requests / reports. Design Verification (DV GPA) by M6. Support design reviews with active participation. Provide traceable and complete approval documentation with appropriate context for DV and PV phases. Ensure clearly defined requirements are validated or verified. Support Manufacturing Quality Leads to ensure process conformance and compliance. Support requests for post-launch V&V needs as required. Processes Decisions Owned ➔ EFT / CUFT approval to deploy units ➔ V&V risk assessment according to key WPD tollgates and milestones. ➔ Product Verification compliance to codes, regulatory and safety requirements. Key KPIs ➔ Relevant Platform BSC metrics (e.g. PLSC, Project Delivery, Cost, Quality GSIR and TCQ) ➔ GPA on time with all requirements met and, at quality, at cost ➔ Relevant V&V control tower metrics, emphasis on V&V and safety maturity. 5+ years Engineering & Technical product development experience. Proven tactical execution. Requirement management. Verification and Validation. Knowledge in given category preferred. Lab operations Ability to work effectively with cross functional partners. Continuous improvement mindset: ability to ‘do and improve the work' System Integrator ➔ V&V Strategist ➔ CSR PoC and CSR engrs / STT ➔ System Engineer ➔ Architect
