Requirements

• Experienced Varicent Technical Lead to lead the design, configuration, development, and delivery of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using Varicent.
  
  


• Strong hands-on Varicent expertise, a solid understanding of sales compensation processes, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  
  


• Lead the end-to-end design, development, configuration, and implementation of Varicent ICM solutions.
  
  


• Translate complex compensation plans and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  
  


• Configure and develop complex crediting, attainment, commission, bonus, and incentive calculation logic.
  
  


• Design and maintain Varicent data models, tables, queries, workflows, calculation logic, and reports.
  
  


• Lead data integration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and performance optimization activities.
  
  


• Troubleshoot complex calculation, integration, data, and production issues.
  
  


• Lead technical design reviews, testing, deployments, and release management activities.
  
  


• Mentor Varicent developers and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.
  
  


• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data, integration, and functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  
  


• Strong hands-on experience with Varicent ICM.
  
  


• Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Sales Performance Management (SPM), and sales compensation processes.
  
  


• Experience designing and implementing complex compensation plans, calculation logic, and large-volume data processing solutions.
  
  


• Strong knowledge of SQL, data integration, and data transformation.
  
  


• Proven technical leadership experience, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  
  


• End-to-end Varicent implementation experience is preferred.
