Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail -oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team at Appizion Consulting & Solutions. As a Fresher in the field, you will play a crucial role in transforming client concepts and marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives through high -quality video content. This position is ideal for a passionate individual eager to grow within the consulting industry while contributing to impactful digital storytelling. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and strategy teams to produce engaging videos for client presentations, social media, web content, and promotional materials. Your work will directly influence how our clients perceive and engage with their brands, making this role essential to our digital communication success.

Responsibilities:

Edit and produce professional -grade video content for client projects, including promotional videos, explainer videos, and social media content.
Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and consultants to interpret client briefs and translate them into visually engaging stories.
Perform color correction, audio mixing, visual effects, and motion graphics to enhance video quality and brand consistency.
Manage video assets, including organizing, backing up, and tagging media files for efficient retrieval.
Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and are optimized for various platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Stay updated on industry trends, editing tools, and emerging video formats to maintain a competitive edge.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve content strategy and execution.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating proficiency).
Proficiency in industry -standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, color theory, and audio -visual synchronization.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast -paced consulting environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high -quality output.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing at least 3–5 completed video projects (can include academic or personal work).
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
