Job Description - Veeam Backup Administrator (L2/L3 Support)

Hiring Alert – Veeam Backup Administrator (L2/L3 Support) | Bangalore

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6+ Years

Budget: Up to ₹14 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Veeam Backup Administrator with strong hands -on expertise in enterprise backup environments and advanced troubleshooting. Key Requirements:

6+ years of hands -on experience with Veeam Administration

Strong experience in Veeam Backup & Replication

L2/L3 Support experience (L1 Monitoring profiles will not be considered)

Expertise in backup failure troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Experience with backup upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities

Hands -on experience with Tape Libraries (MSL, StoreOnce, etc.)

Knowledge of SAN connectivity and storage environments

Experience integrating backup solutions with AWS and/or Azure

Ability to handle escalations and coordinate with Veeam Support teams

Experience managing enterprise -scale backup infrastructures

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Experience in complex backup and recovery environments

• Ability to work independently on critical incidents and escalations

• Strong understanding of backup best practices and disaster recovery processes
