Vehicle PDI Technician - Electric Vehicles

You will be working with the After Sales Team. Your base location will be Bangalore, with regular travel within & outside Bangalore.

This team runs on a hustle mindset with an objective to increase Exponent Energy’s market share in the city of Bengaluru and beyond and help more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology achieved by our Flexible Energy Stack, which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on electric 3-wheelers as per the defined checklist.
• Verify vehicle parameters like battery charge, lights, horn, brakes, alignment, and body fit and finish.
• Conduct basic software diagnostics and update firmware if required.
• Escalate issues to the Quality or Service team and ensure resolution of the same before vehicle dispatch
• Maintain accurate inspection records and tag completed vehicles appropriately.
• Coordinate with Crossfunctional teams for early resolution of issues.
• Troubleshooting: You'll need to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems with 3 wheelers. 

About the candidate

Diploma in Automobile Engineering / ITI with min. 2/3 years of experience as Mechanical and Electrical Technician for 3 wheeler vehicles

Overall 4/5 years of experience in the Automobile dealerships
