Job Description - Vendor Financing Sales


The Basics:

Introduction
$11 trillion of money flows every year between companies in India. It typically takes avg. 70 days for a business to get paid, and it’s increasing 5% every year, leading to a severe credit crunch in the economy.
We are building India’s first AI-driven Finance & Accounting Company that transforms how businesses pay and get paid. CashFlo already processes INR 20,000+ Crores of invoices every month, across 300,000 MSMEs and 1200+ corporates.
CashFlo is setting up a new AI vertical targeting the global market, and you will join our core engineering team in the vertical. Our leadership consists of ex-BCG and ISB / IIM / ICAI alumni with a team of industry veterans serving on the advisory board. We are backed by Elevation Capital (one of the most successful VCs in India, backer of Makemytrip, Swiggy, PayTM etc.) and General Catalyst ($30 Billion+ global fund, and early investors in Stripe, Airbnb etc.). We share our lineage with HCS, a 25 year old investment bank and a registered NBFC. We are a team of passionate problem solvers and we’re building a technology company with a strong product innovation mindset.

About the Role
CashFlo is looking for a high-energy, hunter-oriented sales professional to drive adoption of its Vendor/Dealer Financing solutions among mid-market and large enterprises. This is a field-heavy role focused on converting existing non-transacting accounts into active customers and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across finance and procurement functions.
Drive adoption among mid to large vendors (100-1000Cr) of large anchors for its dynamic discounting.
KRA : Identify opportunities for Dynamic discounting solutions across organizations with annual revenues of ₹500–₹2,000 Cr.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business revenue by activating and converting CashFlo's existing database of non-transacting enterprise accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for Vendor Financing and Dealer Financing solutions across organizations with annual revenues of ₹500–₹2,000 Cr.
  • Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to negotiations and closures.
  • Engage with CFOs, Finance Heads, Treasury, Procurement, and Business Leaders to understand working capital challenges and position CashFlo's solutions effectively.
  • Conduct in-person customer meetings regularly, requiring frequent travel within and outside Mumbai.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and activation targets.
  • Collaborate with internal product, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client implementation.
Ideal Candidate
  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, financial services sales, banking, NBFCs, trade finance, supply chain finance, working capital solutions, or fintech sales.
  • Strong hunting mindset with a proven track record of acquiring and activating enterprise customers.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and large enterprises (₹500–₹2,000 Cr turnover companies).
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including CFOs and Finance Heads.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
