The Vice President is a senior leadership role responsible for driving organizational strategy, operational excellence, and business growth. The VP works closely with executive leadership to translate vision into execution, manage large teams, and ensure performance aligns with company objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO/President to develop and execute business strategies
Lead and oversee multiple departments or business units
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
Set performance goals, KPIs, and governance frameworks
Provide leadership, mentorship, and succession planning for senior managers
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards
Represent the organization in key client, partner, and stakeholder engagements
Review financial performance, budgets, and forecasts
Lead change management and transformation initiatives
Present business updates and strategic insights to the Board of Directors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
12+ years of progressive leadership experience
Proven experience managing large teams and complex operations
Strong strategic, financial, and commercial acumen
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
