Corrohealth is Hiring VP - Medical Coding Operations

Position : Vice President- Medical Coding:

Specialty -Multi specialty

Location: NCR/HYD/CHN

Roles and Responsibilities:

✓ Handling P & L management, service delivery, client relationship, and internal stakeholder management.

✓ Regularly update and provide monthly report to CGM on client wise performance and profitability

✓ Heading the offshore service delivery & new business transitions.

✓ Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit

✓ Provide directions and structure for operating units.

✓ Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.

✓ Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees

✓ Responsible for managing multiple accounts with a strength of 1000+ employees

✓ Looking after end to end management of program covering multiple work streams with a total span.

✓ Facilitating process re-engineering and improvements to enhance customer engagement.

✓ Generating new prospects for the organization to showcase capabilities.

✓ Ensuring attrition control & job enrichment at process levels.

✓ Ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding / meeting SLA requirements

✓ Incentive planning across the roles and functions in the Medical Coding vertical

✓ Frequently travel to the US for client meeting.

✓ Driving a positive culture and work environment that promotes the company as an employer of choice.

Required Expertise & Qualification:

➢ Master’s degree in business administration.

➢ Minimum 15 years of experience in coding services. Must have held senior management position for at least 5 years

➢ Any one of the following coding certifications CPC, COC, CRC, CPC-P from AAPC CCS, CCS-P, CCA from AHIMA

➢ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

➢ Outstanding managerial, leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
