Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Head / VP – Enterprise Sales with 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or enterprise technology sales. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth, winning strategic accounts,
leading complex sales cycles, and building long-term customer relationships across key industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the enterprise business strategy across assigned markets, industry
verticals, and geographies, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall growth
objectives.
- Drive strategic business development initiatives to acquire new enterprise customers
while expanding relationships with existing key accounts.
- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, including market planning, lead
generation, opportunity qualification, solution consulting, commercial negotiations,
contract closure, and successful customer onboarding.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with CXOs, business leaders,
procurement heads, and key stakeholders to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
- Develop and present customized business solutions across LOS/LMS, POS solutions,
prepaid cards, payment solutions, merchant acquiring services, and other fintech
offerings based on customer requirements.
- Take ownership of revenue planning and execution by achieving monthly, quarterly,
and annual business targets while ensuring sustainable business growth and
profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the enterprise sales team across multiple locations by
setting clear objectives, driving performance excellence, and fostering a high
performance sales culture.
- Provide strategic direction, make critical business decisions, and ensure effective
execution of sales initiatives through regular performance reviews, pipeline
governance, forecasting, and target tracking.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Pre-Sales, Operations, Technology,
Risk, Compliance, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
and superior customer experience.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and emerging business segments
to support expansion strategies and strengthen the organization's competitive
positioning.
- Oversee account management for strategic enterprise customers by driving customer
retention, renewals, upselling, and long-term relationship management.
- Ensure effective sales governance by monitoring key business metrics, pipeline
health, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts while implementing corrective actions
wherever required.
- Guide and coach team members through regular mentoring, capability development,
and performance improvement initiatives to build future leadership within the
organization.
- Represent the organization in strategic customer meetings, business reviews, industry
forums, and executive discussions to strengthen brand presence and business
opportunities.
- Demonstrate sound commercial judgment and decision-making while balancing
customer expectations, organizational objectives, and business profitability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations, market dynamics, competitor
activities, and evolving customer requirements to influence strategic business
decisions.
- Possess a functional understanding of fintech products and basic technical
troubleshooting to effectively coordinate with internal technical and implementation
teams for timely issue resolution.
