Description
Solutioning & Deal Support
Own the design of end-to-end F&A solutions across the full process scope.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solution architects and domain specialists.
Lead solution architecture for large and complex pursuits, including deal shaping, response strategy, and defense in orals.
Translate client requirements into target operating models covering process design, delivery footprint, technology, automation, pricing, and transition approach.
Build reusable assets, accelerators, and knowledge frameworks to scale the solutioning function.
Build robust business cases and value propositions, quantifying baseline, savings, ROI, and transformation benefits.
Partner with pricing and commercial teams to structure competitive, profitable, and risk-balanced deals.
F&A Domain Leadership
Bring deep expertise across the complete F&A scope, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Statutory/Regulatory reporting.
Define best-in-class process frameworks, benchmarks, and maturity models for F&A operations.
Drive digital and intelligent automation strategies (RPA, AI/ML, analytics, workflow, ERP enablement) into solution designs.
Client Engagement & Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CFO and their finance leadership team).
Lead client workshops, due diligence, and discovery to uncover pain points and shape the solution roadmap.
Present solutions and transformation narratives to C-suite audiences.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications & Experience
15–18 years of overall professional experience in Finance & Accounting, business process management, shared services, or outsourcing/consulting environments.
10–12 years of dedicated experience in F&A solutioning, including large and complex deal pursuits.
Demonstrated experience across the complete scope of F&A.
Proven track record of designing and winning multi-million-dollar F&A outsourcing/transformation deals.
Strong command of operating model design, transition methodology, pricing constructs, and commercial modeling.
Experience embedding digital levers (automation, analytics, AI/ML, ERP platforms) into solution designs.
Skills & Competencies
Strategic and structured problem-solving with a strong commercial orientation.
Executive presence and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to operate under pressure across concurrent pursuits and tight timelines.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related field (required).
CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification (strongly preferred).
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Procurement (e.g., source-to-pay, category management, supplier management) solutioning or delivery experience is an added benefit.
Prior experience in a Big 4, global BPM/BPO, or management consulting environment.
Exposure to specific industry verticals (e.g., BFSI, Energy and Utilities, Retail, Travel Transportation and Logistics Manufacturing).
Willingness to travel for client engagements and pursuits.
