Vice President - Global Business Change

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President - POM Product Management to join our Client Activation and Data Delivery team. This role is in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Global Business Change and Data Delivery initiatives 

• Business Analysis and Data Delivery 

• data ingestion, transformation, governance, and downstream delivery

• Senior Management, Financial, and Executive/Board‑level reporting

• Project / Demand delivery and release plans e2e

• Facilitates project and data‑focused workshops with External Clients, Product, Data Engineering, Technology, and Operations stakeholders

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• 10+ years of total professional experience in fund accounting, asset servicing

• Bachelor’s degree is required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience

• Global Business Change initiatives

• Business Analysis and/or Project Management

• Data Delivery, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Platforms

• PRINCE2 / PMP preferred roles with Project / Change Management accountability

• CBAP or equivalent Business Analysis certification preferred for Business Analysis–focused roles, particularly within data and platform delivery domains.

• Additional training or certification in Data Management, Analytics, or Financial Services platforms is an advantage
