Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Global Operating Leader
In this role you will be responsible for Operations of the account & require excellent knowledge on ERP Applications Workflow Tools etc. Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change is the key. Develop & manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively collaborate closely with all Clients. Lead an R2 R and P2 P team in areas of General Accounting Fixed Assets Intercompany Account Reconciliation. Balance month end quarter end year end preparation be responsible for smooth execution & ensure books are closed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large teams groom and enable career progression while encouraging Genpact culture (CI2).
- Achieve /exceed retention targets.
- Handle the delivery of outsourced services F&A: R2 R PTP OTC and FP&A to ensure customer happiness and increased revenue through client up-sell
- Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings
- Sound knowledge in the R2 R aspects like Inter-co accounting Fixed Assets accounting Bank and balance sheet recons Month end close aspects Accruals amortizations financials submission in Fin.
- Reporting systems etc.
- Proven ability in driving large scale transformation and driving business impact for the clients
- Should have managed multiple internal and external stakeholder with P&L management of USD 20 MN per annum
- Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
- Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations GPO Digital team Transformation team Transitions team etc.
- Pro-active ability to trouble shoot work through organizational change scenarios.
- Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify understand and intensify performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs.
- Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.
- Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning pricing due diligence transition and stabilization
