Vice President - Human Resources

You will build the people engine that allows Seekho to scale without losing its soul. From how we hire and grow talent, to how leaders are built and performance is rewarded — you will shape how work feels, how decisions get made, and how leaders show up.

You’ll stand at the intersection of people and business, translating ambition into systems that actually work.

What You’ll Own

1. Build, run, and evolve people systems across:
• Employee experience & engagement
• Learning & capability development
• Hiring & talent acquisition
• Performance, appraisals & rewards
• Leadership development & succession
2. Coach and develop a high-impact HR team with clear ownership and strong execution:
• Act as a trusted partner to founders — challenging when needed, aligning always
• Represent employee perspectives while keeping business outcomes front and centre

Experience & Background

• 14–18 years of total work experience into building People Culture & Foundation
• Senior HR leadership experience in fast-growing startups or high-velocity organisations
• Proven track record of building and scaling HR systems end-to-end
