Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing with at least 15 years of marketing experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling prestigious brands, including successful fashion brand launches. Experience with leading global marketing agencies such as Ogilvy, Edelman, WPP, Publicis, BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, or Leo Burnett, will be highly valued. This role is critical to YUVAKAA's success, requiring a strategic leader who can deliver outstanding business outcomes, enhance our brand visibility, and inspire our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with YUVAKAA's vision and ambitious business goals.
  • Brand Development: Elevate and maintain the YUVAKAA brand, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.
  • Market Insight and Innovation: Use market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and drive forward-thinking marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Mastery: Lead cutting-edge digital marketing initiatives across Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google, YouTube, and other social media and influencer channels to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive substantial sales growth through innovative marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
  • Product Launch Excellence: Plan and execute successful product launches to capture market attention and drive demand.
  • Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure the optimal use of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to expand brand reach and drive business growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Brand Awareness: Achieve significant increases in brand recognition and market share.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Meet and exceed targets for customer growth and loyalty.
  • Revenue Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass revenue growth objectives.
  • Digital Engagement: Drive substantial improvements in online engagement and conversion rates across all digital platforms.
  • Marketing ROI: Ensure high returns on marketing investments through effective strategy execution.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in marketing, with demonstrated success in building and scaling leading brands. Proven track record of successful fashion brand launches.
  • Agency Experience: Experience working with or at top global marketing agencies such as Ogilvy, Edelman, WPP, Publicis, BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, or Leo Burnett.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Excellence: Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and the ability to execute complex marketing plans effectively.
  • Digital Proficiency: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Analytical Acumen: Robust analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative Innovation: High level of creativity and a passion for innovation.
