• 15–20+ years of experience in media strategy, media planning, integrated marketing or a related agency environment.
• Strong and demonstrable expertise in media strategy and planning.
• Deep understanding of Digital and Performance media.
• Strong understanding of TV, Print, OOH, Radio and other traditional media.
• Proven ability to develop integrated media strategies across channels.
• Proven track record of creating media strategies that have helped brands scale their business, with demonstrable impact on sales, revenue, market share, customer acquisition or overall business growth.
• Should be able to demonstrate examples where strategic media planning and investment decisions have directly contributed to significant business growth for brands.
• Strong understanding of consumer journeys, audience planning, media effectiveness and business KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience in winning new business and/or growing existing accounts.
• Strong senior-level relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, media heads and brand leaders.
• Excellent presentation, communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong commercial and business-development mindset.
• Ability to think beyond individual media channels and create holistic business solutions.
• Experience leading large pitches and strategic assignments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Media Strategy & Planning

• Lead media strategy for key brands and strategic accounts.
• Develop integrated media strategies across Digital, Performance, TV, Print, OOH, Radio and other relevant channels.
• Translate brand and business objectives into clear media strategies and investment frameworks.
• Lead annual media planning, campaign planning and budget allocation.
• Develop channel, audience, consumer journey and communication strategies.
• Identify the right balance between brand building, demand generation and performance.
• Provide senior strategic counsel to clients and internal teams.
• Develop innovative media solutions that create competitive differentiation.

New Business Development

• Lead the strategic and media component of new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to grow the agency's client portfolio.
• Build relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, media heads and senior decision-makers.
• Lead media strategy for pitches and RFPs.
• Develop compelling pitch narratives, media strategies and integrated solutions.
• Work closely with the NBD team to identify, qualify and convert opportunities.
• Leverage existing client relationships to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong network across the advertiser, media and marketing ecosystem.

Existing Client Growth

• Identify opportunities to expand the agency's relationship with existing clients.
• Develop integrated solutions across Commerce, Performance, Digital, Integrated and Traditional capabilities.
• Work with account leadership to identify client business challenges and create new revenue opportunities.
• Participate in senior client reviews and growth conversations.

Leadership

• Partner closely with Commerce, Performance, Digital, Integrated and Traditional leadership.
• Bring together specialist teams to create integrated solutions.
• Mentor senior planners and strategy talent.
• Develop the agency's overall media strategy proposition and point of view.
• Represent the agency at senior industry and client forums.
