Vice President of Growth

• Drive end-to-end GTM, User Acquisition, Engagement & Retention strategies.
  
• Act as the growth integrator across Marketing, Product, Tech, Data & Business.
  
• Own key business & growth metrics including GMV, MAU, ATS, Revenue, CAC & ROAS.
  
• Build experimentation roadmaps and scalable growth playbooks.
  
• Lead cross-functional execution and weekly performance reviews.
  

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Growth, Marketing or Business Strategy across Fintech/Consumer Internet.
  
• Proven ownership of end-to-end business outcomes including Revenue, GMV & Margins.
  
• Strong understanding of unit economics: CAC, ROAS, Payback & Contribution Margin.
  
• Experience leading cross-functional GTM execution in matrixed environments.
  
• Strong analytical, execution-oriented & experimentation-driven mindset.
  
• Exposure to Lending, PLG or multi-channel acquisition scaling preferred.
