We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to manage end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) operations, including Order Management, Billing, Collections, Cash Applications, and Deductions. This role is responsible for driving process stabilization, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End OTC Leadership
Oversee Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, Collections, Cash Applications, and Deductions processes
Own process governance, documentation, transitions, and operational stabilization
Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and team development
Process Excellence & Transformation
Drive process standardization and COE stabilization across OTC functions
Lead transformation initiatives leveraging QPA, RPA, and automation tools
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks to monitor performance and improve outcomes
Stabilization & Continuous Improvement
Implement stabilization plans for new and transitioned processes
Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective action planning
Deliver sustainable performance improvements through structured methodologies
Service Delivery & Stakeholder Management
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Sales, IT, and external customers
Drive SLA adherence, customer engagement, and issue resolution
Manage risks, escalations, and leadership reporting
Project Billing & AR Operations
Oversee project billing, AR lifecycle management, invoicing accuracy, and dispute resolution
Ensure compliance with financial standards and US GAAP principles
ERP & Tooling Enhancement
Lead ERP upgrades (e.g., Oracle R12) and tool adoption (e.g., GetPaid)
Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system integrity and process alignment
People Leadership & Change Management
Mentor and develop collections, billing, and cash application teams
Manage transitions including knowledge transfer, training, and post-implementation stabilization
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
What Makes You a Great Fit
Proven leadership experience across Order to Cash operations including billing, collections, and AR
Strong expertise in process design, COE governance, and transformation initiatives (QPA/RPA)
Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in service delivery and cost optimization
Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle R12 and tools like GetPaid
Strong understanding of US GAAP, billing compliance, and AR best practices
Expertise in stakeholder management across global, cross-functional environments
Solid analytical skills with experience building KPIs and performance dashboards
Background in change management, transitions, and ERP implementations
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field (MBA or PMP preferred)
Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Automation platforms (preferred)
