Vice President, Product - AI & Automation

We are seeking a strategic and hands -on Vice President, Product – AI & Automation to lead the development, deployment, and commercialization of proprietary AI and automation solutions. This leadership role will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, managing cross -functional technical teams, and transforming innovative AI capabilities into scalable, revenue -generating products.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, the successful candidate will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and client engagement, driving the evolution of enterprise -grade AI platforms and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and automation initiatives.
  
• Lead the development of workflow orchestration platforms, AI -enabled solutions, and domain -specific automation products.
  
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into product priorities and investment decisions.
  
• Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, security, reliability, and compliance.
  

Product Development & Platform Leadership

• Lead teams responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing AI solutions in live enterprise environments.
  
• Oversee platform architecture, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, observability, and cost optimization.
  
• Establish strong product management and engineering practices across discovery, design, development, testing, and release cycles.
  
• Drive continuous product improvement through customer feedback and usage insights.
  

Commercial Enablement & Client Engagement

• Act as a senior product leader during enterprise sales engagements, pilots, and strategic initiatives.
  
• Partner with Sales and Business Leadership to support solution design, pre -sales activities, and go -to -market strategies.
  
• Translate technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions.
  
• Develop scalable and repeatable product offerings rather than bespoke client solutions.
  

Leadership & Cross -Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic priorities, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.
  
• Partner with operational and technology leaders to align product development with business goals.
  
• Build and lead high -performing product, engineering, and platform teams focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  

Required Experience

• 10+ years of product leadership experience within AI, enterprise software, SaaS, automation, or technology -enabled services.
  
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to large -scale commercial adoption.
  
• Experience leading customer -facing technical teams, including Product, Solutions Engineering, FDE, or DevOps functions.
  
• Strong experience supporting enterprise sales, product commercialization, and go -to -market execution.
  
• Demonstrated success operating in fast -paced, high -growth, and transformation -driven environments.
