Video Content Creator & Designer

We’re 10xConstruction, a seed-funded robotics startup on a mission to make construction 10x faster. We’re building autonomous robots that take on tough, indoor construction tasks so humans don’t have to. What You’ll Do
As a Video Content  Creator & Designer, you’ll own the storytelling of 10xConstruction across both video and visual design. Your work will shape how the world sees our robots, our people, and our mission.

• Video Production
• Own the end-to-end video process: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing
• Create short-form and long-form content (reels, explainers, product showcases, behind-the-scenes) for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok
• Stay ahead of content trends, audio, and storytelling styles to create scroll-stopping videos
• Collaborate with engineers, deployment, and marketing to capture real on-site and in-lab moments
• Maintain a video content calendar aligned with launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling

• Visual & Graphic Design
• Design marketing visuals, social media graphics, and pitch decks
• Create brand-aligned assets for campaigns, events, and investor materials
• Support web and UI visuals (landing pages, product showcases) as needed
• Ensure a consistent visual identity across all creative touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to shoot & edit videos independently (phone or camera) using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
• A strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
• Sharp design eye with attention to typography, layout, and color
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends (especially short-form video)
• Passion for technology, robotics, and hands-on storytelling
• Highly self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple creative projects
