Video Content Designer

Reports to: Senior Brand Creative Specialist

Role Overview

Zafin is looking for a Video Content Designer to create fast-turn video, motion graphics and visual assets for product marketing, customer marketing, campaigns, social media, events and sales enablement. This role will focus on repurposing existing content into short-form assets, building campaign and social videos, and creating reusable templates that help the marketing team move faster while staying on brand.

The ideal candidate combines video editing, motion graphics and graphic design skills. They should be able to turn a webinar into LinkedIn clips, create motion graphics for a campaign, design social-first video assets and build templates that make recurring requests easier to produce.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn long-form interviews, webinars, event recordings and existing footage into short-form clips for LinkedIn, web, email, campaigns and sales use.


• Design and edit social-first and campaign video content, including teasers, product graphics, quote clips, event clips and sales enablement videos.


• Create motion graphics and supporting visuals, including animated text, lower thirds, captions, transitions, icon treatments, title cards and end cards.


• Build and maintain reusable templates for recurring video formats, including intros, outros, captions, lower thirds, quote cards, product clips and social formats.


• Work with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications and Brand to translate briefs and messaging into visual video assets.


• Prepare final files in the correct formats and specs for LinkedIn, YouTube, website, HubSpot, presentations, events and internal channels.


• Maintain organized project files, templates, working assets and exports.


• Support the Video Producer by repurposing longer-form video content into additional short-form assets.


• Flag opportunities to extend the value of existing footage, campaigns, events and product content through video.


• Help improve the speed, consistency and quality of Zafin’s video and motion asset production.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, content design, digital marketing or a related creative role.


• Strong portfolio showing both video editing and graphic design work, including short-form video, social assets, motion graphics or campaign content.


• Experience working in a fast-turnaround, high-volume content environment such as social, campaigns, agency, B2B marketing or digital content.


• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Descript or similar platforms.


• Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, pacing, hierarchy, captions and visual consistency.


• Ability to work from a brief and turn around strong visual options quickly.


• Strong attention to detail on formatting, brand consistency, file specs and versioning across channels.


• Comfortable taking feedback and managing revisions across multiple concurrent requests.


• Ability to simplify complex messages through clear visuals, motion graphics and concise editing.


• Experience in B2B, fintech, SaaS, banking, AI or enterprise technology is an asset.

• Zafin has a steady flow of on-brand short-form video assets for social, campaigns, web, sales and events.


• Longer-form content is consistently repurposed into useful clips and campaign assets.


• The team has a practical template library that speeds up recurring video requests.


• Turnaround time from brief or raw footage to usable video asset improves.


• Social, campaign and sales videos look polished and consistent without requiring heavy rework.
