Urgent Hiring: Video Content Specialist (Pre & Post Production)

Location: Mohali (On-site)

Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (IST)

Market: US Residential Solar

We’re looking for a highly creative Video Specialist (5+ years experience) who can take ownership of the complete video production process — from concept to final delivery.

Key Requirements:

* Expertise in Premiere Pro & After Effects

* Strong experience with AI tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.)

* Ability to create high-converting ad creatives with powerful hooks

If you can turn ideas into performance-driven video ads, we’d love to connect.

● Experience: 5+ years in video production with a portfolio focused on Direct Response

(DR) or Lead Gen for the US market.

● Tech Stack: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

● AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI video/audio tools (e.g., ElevenLabs,

Midjourney, Descript, HeyGen, or Runway).

● Independence: Proven ability to move a project from "Script to Screen" without a

manager holding your hand through every cut.
