We're looking for a creative and detail -oriented Video Editor with 1–3 years of professional experience in editing digital content for brands, influencers and social media campaigns. You'll work closely with our Creative, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to transform raw footage into engaging, high -performing videos across multiple platforms.
This role requires someone who understands modern content trends, can work efficiently in a fast -paced environment, and consistently delivers polished, platform -ready videos.
Edit high -quality short -form and long -form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and branded content.
Transform raw footage into engaging videos with strong storytelling, clean pacing, and seamless transitions.
Remove unnecessary footage, retakes, and filler content to create concise, impactful edits.
Create multiple versions of videos optimized for different platforms and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and creative teams throughout the production process.
Add text animations, captions, callouts, lower thirds, and motion graphics to improve viewer engagement.
Apply transitions, effects, speed ramps, zooms, and other creative editing techniques where appropriate.
Perform basic color correction and audio balancing to ensure professional -quality output.
Select and integrate background music, sound effects, and visual assets while maintaining brand consistency.
Adapt content for platforms including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital advertising campaigns.
Export videos in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1, 4:5) and resolutions.
Optimize edits based on audience behavior, retention, and platform -specific best practices.
Create hook -based edits that capture attention within the first few seconds.
Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Implement stakeholder feedback quickly and accurately.
Maintain organized project files, timelines, and media assets.
Ensure timely delivery of high -quality content across ongoing campaigns.
Work closely with Creative Strategists, Content Writers, Influencer Marketing teams, and Production Team.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute editing ideas.
Stay updated with emerging editing trends, AI -powered editing tools, and platform updates.
1–4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve.
Basic understanding of color correction is an added advantage.
Experience editing social media content, performance marketing creatives, and branded videos.
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and audience retention.
Experience creating subtitles, captions, and text -based motion graphics.
Knowledge of video codecs, exporting formats, and platform specifications.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast -paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem -solving skills.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Experience with influencer marketing content.
Knowledge of AI -powered editing tools.
Familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator.
Basic understanding of color grading and sound design.
Experience working in a marketing agency or content production environment.
