Key Responsibilities:

• Translate briefs into effective and visually appealing video narratives.
• Collaborate with the creative and production team to conceptualize and execute projects.
• Manage end-to-end post-production including trimming, transitions, audio, color correction, and graphics.
• Maintain an organized workflow and project file structure.
• Handle multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Review and revise edits based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.
• Contribute creatively to improve storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Support and learn from senior editors and team leads.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in video editing within an agency, production house, or similar creative environment.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a keen creative eye.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work under tight deadlines.
• Passion for video production and visual content creation.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and manage constructive feedback.
• Prior internship or freelance experience is a plus.
• In office role - Candidate is expected to work from office 5 days a week.
