You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to create impactful video content that aligns with brand goals and platform-specific best practices. From short-form social media videos to long-form branded content, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our audience experiences our brand visually.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and internal use
• Work with raw footage to create engaging narratives using cuts, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and color correction
• Ensure videos meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and delivery timelines

Social Media Content Creation

• Create platform-optimized videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and other social platforms
• Adapt content formats, lengths, and styles based on platform trends and audience behavior
• Stay updated on social media video trends, editing styles, and algorithm preferences

Videography & On-Ground Shoots

• Plan, shoot, and execute video shoots including interviews, events, behind-the-scenes, and branded content
• Handle camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording to ensure high-quality output
• Collaborate with stakeholders during shoots to capture the right visuals and messaging

Collaboration & Creative Input

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to brainstorm video concepts
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity
• Contribute ideas to improve storytelling, visual consistency, and audience engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing and videography
• Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Solid understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, and content strategies
• Hands-on experience with camera equipment, lighting, and basic sound recording
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, visual composition, and storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced digital or content-driven environment
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animations, and basic VFX
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO and social media performance metrics
