We are seeking a passionate and talented Video Editor proficient in Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve to join our Video Production Team as we continue to build India’s gaming revolution. You will play a crucial role in producing, curating, and packaging high retention content to our games.

Roles & Responsibilities
 

Creative Production & Video Editing

• Edit high-quality, scroll-stopping videos for social media, YouTube, and short-form platforms.
• Turn raw footage (gameplay, motion graphics, voiceovers) into polished, engaging content.
• Lead creative production: capturing shoots, generating assets, and assembling content for publishing.
• Experiment with hooks, pacing, transitions, effects, and thumbnails to maximize engagement.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up editing, generate creative variations, and streamline workflows without compromising quality.

 Game-Driven Content Creation

• Stay up-to-date with all SuperGaming titles, upcoming features, and in-game events.
• Play the games actively to understand key moments, mechanics, and experiences to highlight.
• Capture gameplay and community moments to create videos that communicate the magic of the game.
• Work closely with Social Media and Content teams to understand what content is being produced, what can be used, and how to communicate the essence of the game.

Growth & Optimization

• Use performance data to guide edits and storytelling; Understand what works, what doesn’t, and iterate fast.
• Optimize video length, pacing, captions, and formats for different platforms.
• Collaborate on A/B tests for hooks, intros, and creative approaches.
• Incorporate AI tools to accelerate content production, test variations, and scale output efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table

• 1–3 years of hands-on video editing experience (social media, gaming, or entertainment preferred).
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Da Vinci Resolve.
• Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of After Effects & Photoshop to generate animations for videos.
• Basic knowledge of 3D workflow, software, and components which can be incorporated in promotional videos / trailers.
• Deep understanding of social media formats, short-form & long-term video trends, and viral mechanics.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to speed up editing or enhance creativity.
• High ownership: you proactively capture, produce, and iterate content without step-by-step guidance.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture is a huge plus.
