Vaibhav Singh
is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at
DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow
book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member
of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued

(edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering,

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and trend-savvy Video Editor with a passion for visual storytelling. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to conceptualize, execute, and deliver impactful video content for social media and performance marketing ad campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, stays ahead of trends, and is eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.

The charter will include of:

Operate and manage camera equipment and gear during shoots.
Oversee shoot logistics, including handling equipment and guiding team members on set.
Edit timeline-based, non-linear video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Create basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
Deliver polished short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate cutting-edge shooting and editing techniques.
Ensure all video content aligns with current trends and client objectives.
Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and refine video concepts.
Take briefs and execute them effectively, balancing creativity with feasibility.
Advise on execution strategies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality

Ideal Persona:

1-2 years of experience in video production and editing, ideally within an agency or production house.
Proficiency in camera operation and equipment management.
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
Experience in editing short-form video content for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
Strong understanding of social media trends and shooting techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines.
