About the Opportunity

One of our valued clients is looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor to join their team in Thiruvananthapuram.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are in the early stages of their video editing career, have a good foundation in editing, and are looking to grow their skills through hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for social media, digital platforms, and other content requirements.
  
• Perform video cutting, trimming, sequencing, transitions, and basic effects.
  
• Add captions, text, graphics, and other visual elements.
  
• Format videos according to different social media and digital platform requirements.
  
• Maintain consistency in video quality and brand guidelines.
  
• Work closely with the creative/content team to understand requirements.
  
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions as required.
  
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in video editing.
  
• Good understanding of basic video editing concepts and techniques.
  
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  
• Basic knowledge of transitions, text animation, colour correction, audio editing, and video formatting.
  
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
  
• Ability to understand creative requirements and incorporate feedback.
  
• Good communication and time-management skills.
  
• Candidates in the early stages of their career are preferred.
  
• Willingness to work from the client's Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) office.
