Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join Hexr Factory in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging and professional video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for digital platforms, social media, marketing, and promotional content
  
  


• Handle video editing from raw footage to final delivery
  
  


• Create engaging visual content with appropriate cuts, transitions, effects, graphics, and animations
  
  


• Add and synchronize music, voiceovers, sound effects, and other audio elements
  
  


• Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, and overall video quality
  
  


• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to understand content requirements
  
  


• Review and refine videos based on feedback and project requirements
  
  


• Manage multiple video projects while meeting deadlines
  
  


• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries
  
  


• Stay updated with current video editing trends, techniques, and digital content formats
  
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in Video Editing, Multimedia, Digital Content, or a related field
  
  


• Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools
  
  


• Good understanding of video editing, transitions, color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics
  
  


• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
  
  


• Knowledge of social media video formats and content requirements
  
  


• Ability to work with raw footage and deliver polished final videos
  
  


• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency
  
  


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  
  


• Good communication and collaboration skills
  
  


• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or VFX is an added advantage
