We are seeking a creative and detail -oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team at VSPARK CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD, a leading player in the Property & Real Estate industry. As a Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual storytelling of our real estate projects, helping to showcase properties, developments, and brand narratives through compelling, high -impact video content. This is a perfect opportunity for a fresher with a passion for visual media and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with marketing, design, and project teams to produce engaging videos for digital platforms, social media, client presentations, and promotional campaigns. Your work will directly influence how our brand is perceived and help drive engagement, lead generation, and customer conversions in a competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high -quality promotional videos for residential and commercial property projects.
Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and project managers to understand project goals and brand tone.
Transform raw footage, photos, and audio into polished, professional video content using industry -standard tools.
Apply color grading, visual effects, motion graphics, and audio enhancement to elevate video quality.
Optimize video content for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website integration.
Maintain organized media libraries and ensure version control for all video assets.
Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing techniques, and real estate marketing.
Support live event coverage and virtual tours by editing and delivering timely video content.

Requirements

Requirements:

Fresher with a diploma or degree in Video Editing, Mass Communication, Media & Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Basic understanding of color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
Strong creative vision and a keen eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with real estate marketing content and visual presentation standards.
Portfolio or demo reel showcasing editing skills and creative projects (even academic or personal work is acceptable).
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast -paced environment.
