Video Producer and Editor We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Producer and Editor to join our communications team. This role will be responsible for producing and editing high-quality videos that align with our organization's communication goals and brand identity. Responsibilities: Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with our organization's communication objectives. Manage end-to-end video production process, including storyboarding, filming, editing, sound mixing, and post-production. Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to enhance the quality and impact of videos. Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, ensuring they meet technical specifications and maintain a consistent brand presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand video requirements and deliver creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages and engage the target audience. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and emerging tools to continuously improve video production and editing capabilities. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 4-5 years as a Video Producer and Editor. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production and editing. Solid understanding of video production principles, techniques, and formats. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in video production and editing. Excellent storytelling and visual narrative skills. Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality in deliverables. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
