Video Shooting & Editing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Shooting & Editing Specialist who can create engaging and high -quality video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in video shooting, editing, and visual storytelling. Someone who can independently manage projects from concept to final delivery while maintaining creativity and brand consistency will be a great fit for this role. Basic knowledge of motion graphics will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for digital and social media platforms
  
• Handle camera operations, framing, lighting setup, and audio during shoots
  
• Edit videos with smooth transitions, effects, and storytelling techniques
  
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop fresh and innovative content ideas.
  
• Manage the complete post -production process including editing, color correction, sound syncing, and final rendering
  
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, and social media formats
  
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high -quality standards
  
• Take ownership of projects from brief to final output with minimal supervision
• Basic motion graphics and animation knowledge will be a plus.
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Videographer & Video Editor, preferably in a marketing agency
  
• Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
  
• Experience with professional camera handling and lighting setups
  
• Strong understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling
  
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
  
• Basic understanding of motion graphics is preferred but not mandatory
  
• Good understanding of social media video formats and trends
  
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing videography and editing work is mandatory
