Videographer

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a creative and driven Videographer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. If you're someone who notices camera angles, lighting, framing, editing styles, and understands what makes content perform across social media platforms, this role is for you.

As a Videographer at our agency, you'll work closely with creative, social media, and content teams to conceptualize, shoot, and produce high-quality content for brands across industries. From social media campaigns and brand films to influencer content and event coverage, you'll play a key role in creating impactful visual experiences.

Requirement: Candidates must own a personal laptop and be willing to travel for shoots when required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content for digital and social platforms.


• Execute indoor and outdoor shoots for brands, campaigns, events, and influencer collaborations.


• Capture high-quality footage while ensuring proper framing, lighting, composition, and audio.


• Collaborate with creative teams to understand campaign objectives and translate concepts into visual content.


• Create short-form videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and brand storytelling pieces.


• Assist in storyboarding, shot planning, and production preparation.


• Stay updated on emerging video trends, platform best practices, and content formats.


• Manage camera equipment, lighting setups, and production gear.


• Organize and maintain footage, project files, and media assets efficiently.


• Support post-production teams by ensuring footage is properly logged and delivered.


• Travel for client shoots, events, and content production when required.


• Work with a small, agile team and contribute creative ideas throughout the production process.

MUST HAVES

• 1–3 years of experience in videography, content production, or advertising.


• Strong understanding of social-first content and short-form storytelling.


• Proficiency in operating DSLR, Mirrorless, and Cinema Cameras.


• Good knowledge of lighting setups, camera movement, composition, and audio recording.


• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and other digital content formats.


• Experience shooting lifestyle, product, corporate, and event content.


• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.


• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Proactive mindset with the ability to bring creative ideas to the table.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience working in an advertising agency, production house, or digital content agency.


• Knowledge of drone videography and advanced camera equipment.


• Basic motion graphics and video editing skills.


• Experience with AI-powered video tools and content creation platforms.


• Understanding of photography and content creation for social media.


• Knowledge of colour grading and post-production workflows.
