I. Position Overview:Controlling security and order in the factoryAsset ManagementOther tasks as requested by the ManagersII. Responsibilities:Complete required training programsManage and preserve allocated equipment and tools. When detecting damage, it must be recorded and promptly reported to superiorsProficient in using the vehicle control system and guaranteeing people entering the factoryControl the security and order situation, property safety during the shift, according to the assignment of superior leaders, assigned tasks: Control people and vehicles entering and exiting the target area to prevent, promptly detect and arrest subjects causing insecurity and property theft.Receive and transfer handover information from the previous shift/to the next shift, and alerts.Patrol and check areas within the target area of protection, detect problems related to security and order, aesthetic landscape..., participate in handling or notify departmentsControl compliance with company regulations of customers, contractors, and suppliersControl fire safety and prevention within assigned target areas.Prevent and detect people and vehicles carrying flammable substances, explosives and toxic substances into protected target areas or smoking in prohibited areas.Participate in handling fire, explosion, accidents, and environmental incidents in the protected target area.Check and handle the condition of machinery, equipment serving the job and the work area. Promptly report to superiors any damage or abnormalities when detected according to the approved labor safety/security/fire prevention control plan.Support guidance and answer opinions of other departments according to authority, report to the Team Leader if unable to handle.III.
