Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
  
• Provide high-level customer service to international accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving complex issues promptly.
  
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams using both Hindi and English, alongside necessary regional languages.
  
• Identify customer needs and offer strategic problem-solving approaches to enhance the overall service experience.
  
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure adherence to service quality standards.
  

• Demonstrated fluency in both Hindi and English, with the ability to communicate professionally in a corporate setting.
  
• Proficiency in at least one regional language to effectively engage with diverse client bases.
  
• Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and handling international customer service operations.
  
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a track record of resolving conflicts and addressing client concerns efficiently.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in English, to ensure clarity and professionalism.
