Virtual Assistant

Experience: 3–5 years

Shift: 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM

Location: Ahmedabad

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Virtual
Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the Founder/MD with finance,
accounting, compliance and day-to-day business administration.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage bank reconciliations, invoicing, payment follow-ups
and basic bookkeeping for UK/EU entities.

* Coordinate with accountants, clients, suppliers and other
stakeholders.

* Track HMRC, VAT/PAYE, Companies House and other regulatory
requirements and ensure deadlines are followed.

* Maintain accurate financial, legal and business records.

* Manage emails, calendars, meetings, documentation and
follow-ups.

* Assist with Zoho Books and other accounting/administrative
systems.

* Support the Founder/MD with business administration and
ad-hoc requirements.

* Handle confidential financial and business information
with discretion.

Requirements

* 3–5 years of experience in Virtual Assistance, Executive
Assistance, Finance Administration or Accounts & Administration.

* Experience supporting a Founder, MD or Senior Executive is
preferred.

* Good understanding of accounting, reconciliation and
invoicing processes.

* Exposure to UK/EU accounting and compliance is an
advantage.

* Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Excel.

* Strong written and verbal English communication.

* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and
follow-up ability.

* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities
and meet deadlines.

* Zoho Books experience will be an added advantage.
