Job Description - Virtual Relationship Manager

We are a fast -growing wealth management company seeking highly driven Virtual Relationship

Managers (VRMs) for a hardcore sales role. This is a target -based position requiring candidates

to generate new leads, schedule client meetings, and drive sales to achieve annual revenue

goals. The VRM will also focus on building and maintaining long -term relationships with clients

to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

â Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling,

networking, referrals).

â Build a pipeline of prospective clients interested in wealth management services.

2. Meeting Scheduling:

â Set up meetings with qualified prospects to pitch the company’s offerings.

3. Sales Target Achievement:

â Drive sales to achieve an annual revenue target through new client acquisitions.

â Meet monthly revenue targets based on the overall goal.

Requirements

â Minimum 1 year of experience in hardcore sales, preferably in financial services or

telesales.

â Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

â Target -driven mindset with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales goals.

â Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, high -pressure sales environment.
