Job Description: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) - HDFC Bank

Location: All Across India
Department: Retail Branch Banking / Virtual Relationship Manager
Reporting To: Team Leader / Assistant Manager - Virtual Relationship Management

Position Overview: Are you a highly motivated and customer -centric individual passionate about building relationships and driving financial growth? HDFC Bank is seeking enthusiastic Virtual Relationship Managers to join our expanding team. This pivotal role involves managing and nurturing customer relationships remotely, leveraging digital platforms to provide seamless banking solutions, and contributing significantly to our customer acquisition and retention strategies. If you possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a desire to excel in the digital banking landscape, we invite you to be a part of our success story.

Requirements

Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age: 19 to 30 years.

  • Education: Any Graduate Degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

  • CIBIL Score: Candidate's CIBIL Score must be above 700 for eligibility.

  • Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in tele -sales, customer service, or virtual relationship management in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector will be given preference.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in the local language(s).

    • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

    • Customer -focused approach with a natural flair for building rapport.

    • Ability to understand and articulate financial products clearly.

    • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital communication tools.

    • Problem -solving attitude and ability to handle customer queries effectively.

    • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
