Summary:
As a VIS and Business Intelligence Strategy Practitioner, a typical day involves crafting a comprehensive vision and strategy for visualization and business intelligence modernization. This role includes identifying and evaluating opportunities within various industries and functions, developing tailored use cases, and guiding clients on relevant performance measures. The practitioner also focuses on creating detailed roadmaps and operating models to support the adoption of new strategies, facilitating informed decision-making, and encouraging behavioral changes that enhance business intelligence value. Continuous measurement of the impact and value derived from these initiatives is an integral part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of strategic VIS and BI initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate VIS/BI strategies into broader business processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Experience in developing and implementing business intelligence roadmaps and operating models.
- Ability to guide clients in identifying relevant industry and function-specific metrics and measures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive adoption and behavior change.
- Capability to assess and prioritize VIS/BI opportunities aligned with business objectives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
