Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with potential customers.
• Meet benchmark through sales.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
• Present and demonstrate services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client queries and concerns.
