This role is for one of Weekday’s clients
Salary range: Rs 264000 - Rs 420000 (ie INR 2.64-4.2 LPA)
Min Experience: 1 year

About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Visa Executive – Holiday Package & Travel Support professional to join our growing travel team. If you are passionate about travel and have hands-on experience in holiday packages and visa facilitation, this role offers you the opportunity to help travelers create seamless journeys across the globe. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing both domestic and international travel documentation, client communication, and itinerary planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visa Processing (Domestic & International):
    Manage end-to-end visa application procedures for various countries, including tourist, business, and transit visas. Coordinate with clients to gather documentation, fill applications, arrange appointments, and track submissions.
  • Holiday Package Coordination:
    Design and recommend customized holiday packages tailored to client preferences. Collaborate with tour operators, hotels, and airlines to build competitive and appealing travel solutions.
  • Client Consultation:
    Guide customers on travel requirements, visa timelines, documentation procedures, and package inclusions. Provide destination-specific information and ensure a smooth pre- and post-travel experience.
  • Documentation Management:
    Review and verify all client documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized records of each client’s travel and visa documentation, including payment receipts and communication logs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with the ticketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for clients. Support in finalizing travel dates based on visa approval timelines.
  • Customer Support:
    Address customer queries via calls, emails, or walk-ins with promptness and professionalism. Keep clients informed about the progress of their applications and answer any travel-related inquiries.
  • Sales and Upselling:
    Promote value-added services such as travel insurance, hotel upgrades, sightseeing options, and exclusive holiday packages. Drive cross-sell opportunities where appropriate.
  • Market Awareness:
    Stay updated on global visa policies, travel advisories, new destinations, and tourism trends to better assist and advise clients.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in visa handling, travel operations, or holiday package planning.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and convey information clearly to clients.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of international visa processes and documentation requirements. Awareness of holiday destinations and travel routes is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office tools, online visa application platforms, and travel booking software.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong multitasking skills, time management, and attention to detail. Capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Attitude: Self-driven, customer-centric, proactive, and a team player with a positive outlook towards problem-solving.
