Visiting Consultant - Orthopedic / Neurologist - Geriatric Care Center

Job Type: Part-time (Visiting)
Time Commitment: 10 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (as per mutual availability)

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Orthopedic and Neurology consultants to join our panel of visiting doctors. The role involves clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and management of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions common in the elderly. The consultant will collaborate with in-house medical and rehabilitation teams to ensure comprehensive, integrated patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person consultations at the Everbloom center, focusing on geriatric patients with orthopedic or neurological issues.
• Evaluate and diagnose age-related conditions such as arthritis, mobility disorders, post-stroke issues, neurodegenerative diseases, spine problems, balance disorders, etc.
• Provide expert opinions on treatment protocols, referrals, and rehabilitation planning.
• Coordinate with in-house general physician, physiotherapist, and other care providers for multidisciplinary management.
• Advise on preventive care and functional health optimization for senior patients.
• Participate in case reviews or case-based discussions, if required.

• MBBS with MD/MS/DNB/Diploma in Orthopedics or Neurology.
• Valid registration with Medical Council of India / State Medical Council.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of clinical experience, preferably with exposure to geriatric population.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and collaborative approach to patient care.
