Job Description - Visual Communication Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, emailers, brochures, event collaterals, booth installations, and packaging.
Create engaging visual content including social media creatives, infographics, brand collaterals, and marketing materials.
Plan, shoot, edit, and produce short -form and long -form videos, including founder stories, client testimonials, product demonstrations, reels, and campaign videos.
Develop 2D animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos to simplify technical and sustainability -focused concepts.
Design visual communication for product launches, awareness campaigns, events, recruitment, and internal initiatives.
Ensure consistency of PadCare's visual identity across all online and offline brand touchpoints while continuously enhancing brand assets and templates.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, storytelling techniques, and AI -powered creative tools to continuously improve creative output.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

2–3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or multimedia design.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and video production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Figma, and other relevant creative tools.
Experience in video shooting, editing, motion graphics, and basic animation.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging, and impactful visual communication.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast -paced startup environment with a collaborative and solution -oriented mindset.
