What we are looking for:

Role: Visual Communication Designer

We are looking for a Visual Communication Designer who will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning narratives that effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our products. You will be working closely with the marketing team and will be responsible for translating complex ideas and features into engaging visual content that resonates with our target audience.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-4 years

What you will do:

• Content Creation:
• Develop visually appealing and cohesive visual stories for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for creating compelling visual narratives.
• Graphic Design:
• Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines in all visual materials.
• Storyboarding:
• Conceptualize and create storyboards to outline the flow of visual narratives, ensuring a seamless and engaging storytelling experience.
• Edit and enhance visual content to meet the company's standards.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activities to incorporate fresh and relevant ideas into visual storytelling.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to align visual storytelling with overall marketing strategies.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on visual content based on input from various teams.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Visual Storyteller, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, video editing tools, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in visual storytelling and graphic design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
