We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer who combines strong design fundamentals with product thinking and modern AI-powered creative workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual craft, understands how design influences user behavior, and can create impactful consumer-facing experiences across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in fast-paced, design-driven environments with exposure to catalog, e-commerce, or product-focused creative ecosystems. You will work across brand campaigns, product visuals, motion graphics, and digital experiences while ensuring consistency, usability, and visual excellence.

This role requires a strong understanding of typography, layout systems, animation, and visual storytelling along with the ability to use generative AI tools to accelerate workflows without compromising design quality. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to create engaging and conversion-focused creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute visually compelling creatives across campaigns, product experiences, catalogs, and digital platforms.
• Create consumer-facing assets that clearly communicate product features, benefits, and brand messaging.
• Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Rive, and related platforms.
• Work on end-to-end creative execution from concept development to final delivery.
• Apply strong product thinking to design decisions, ensuring clarity, usability, hierarchy, and engagement.
• Use generative AI tools to streamline ideation, accelerate production, and create scalable creative variations.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity, design systems, typography, color, and layout quality across all outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, content, and growth to deliver high-impact visual solutions.
• Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and maintaining high creative standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies and creative partners to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and production quality.
• Create and edit visual content using tools such as Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and other creative platforms.
• Utilize animation and AI-powered design tools including Runway and Midjourney to enhance creative storytelling and workflow efficiency.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2 to 4+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or digital creative roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual craft, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.
• Experience working with AI-driven creative workflows, merchandising, e-commerce, or catalog-heavy environments.
• Exposure to digital product design and understanding of user journeys and conversion-focused design.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout systems, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma.
• Experience with motion design, animation, and interactive visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in modern creative processes.
• Ability to balance creativity, speed, and precision in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
