Role Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser at Dermatouch, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed, promoted, and managed effectively across retail outlets and modern trade partners. You will act as a key link between our sales, marketing, and supply chain teams — ensuring brand consistency, stock availability, and visibility in the market.
The VM is the in-store brand ambassador who ensures Dermatouch is always visible, planogram-compliant, and shopper-ready across 75 assigned stores. You directly impact offtake — a well-maintained Dermatouch shelf converts browsers to buyers. This is a field-intensive, ownership-driven role.
â Visit all 75 assigned stores every month — minimum frequency per chain as per KAM instruction
â Install and maintain correct Dermatouch planogram at shelf — brand block, hero SKU placement, shelf talkers,
wobblers, header cards
â Install CTU (Counter Top Units), FSUs (Free Standing Units), and gondola end materials as per deployment plan
â Conduct shelf share audit at every visit — count and record Dermatouch facing share vs top 3 competitors
â Photograph shelf after every visit — submit photos with daily visit report via WhatsApp to KAM
â Flag OOS SKUs same day — never leave a store without reporting a stockout to KAM and entering into tracker
â Conduct brief (5-minute) product awareness chat with 1–2 store staff per visit — focus on top 3 hero SKUs
â Report any competitor new display, new planogram, or brand displacement immediately to KAM
â Ensure brand materials are fresh, undamaged, and correctly placed — replace damaged POSM on every visit
â Submit weekly store visit report to KAM every Friday by 6pm — all photos, OOS list, shelf share data
â Coordinate with KAE on replenishment gaps — if store is OOS and KAE has already been notified, follow up on
status
â Support festive display installation (Oct–Nov) in assigned stores — gondola end, seasonal POSM, sampling event
