Key Responsibilities:• Lead the design and development of end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other components.• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical designs.• Optimize and maintain existing automation scripts and frameworks.• Enforce best practices, and ensure quality of deliverables.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with existing automations.• Mentor and support junior developers in project tasks• Maintain documentation of automation solutions and provide training to users as needed.• Ensure compliance with internal security, governance, and coding standards.• Interface with infrastructure, security, and IT teams for environment management and deploymentRequired Qualifications:• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development• Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and other UiPath components• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
