VMC/HMC/CNC Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up VMC machines as per job requirements.
  
• Read and understand engineering drawings and job instructions.
  
• Select and install tools, holders, and fixtures on the machine.
  
• Perform basic programming or modify existing programs (if required).
  
• Monitor machine operations and ensure components meet quality standards.
  
• Measure and inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
  
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
  
• Work with the production team to meet daily targets.
  

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Basic CNC programming knowledge ( Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi).
  
• Experience with different materials (MS, SS, Aluminium, etc.)
  

• 1–4 years of experience operating VMC machines.
  
• Ability to read technical drawings.
  
• Knowledge of tooling, offsets, and basic machining parameters.
  
• Understanding of quality checks and measuring instruments.
  
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
