Job Description - VNS - HR executive




Hiring HR Executive  for a Reputed/US MNC company located at Mohali


Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, HR documentation, and other HR-related activities to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

•        Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions. 

•        Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. 

•        Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. 

•        Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees. 

•        Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documentation. 

HR Operations

•        Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date. 

•        Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data in the HRMS. 

•        Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, and exits. 

•        Support payroll inputs and ensure accuracy of attendance-related data. 

Employee Engagement

•        Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events. 

•        Address employee queries and provide HR support. 

•        Assist in implementing employee welfare initiatives. 

Performance Management

•        Track probation periods and coordinate confirmation processes. 

•        Assist in performance appraisal cycles and related documentation. 

•        Maintain performance records and reports. 

Compliance & Administration

•        Ensure employee files and HR records are maintained as per company policies. 

•        Support statutory compliance documentation and audits. 

•        Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management. 

Required Skills

•        Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. 

•        Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding procedures. 

•        Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

•        Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

•        Good organizational and coordination abilities. 

•        Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
