Job Description - Vocational Instructor

Assess the skills, interests, and vocational abilities of beneficiaries.

Develop and implement vocational training programs based on individual capabilities.

Provide practical training in selected trades, life skills, and work -related activities.

Support beneficiaries in improving independence, confidence, communication, and social skills.

Adapt teaching methods and training materials according to different disabilities and learning needs.

Monitor trainee progress and maintain individual performance records.

Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive training environment.

Assist beneficiaries in developing workplace behavior, discipline, and time management skills.

Coordinate vocational activities, workshops, and production units within the centre.

Encourage participation in income -generation and skill -development activities.

Work closely with therapists, social workers, caregivers, and family members for holistic development.

Support placement, internship, or livelihood opportunities for eligible beneficiaries.

Organize exhibitions, sales activities, and community interaction programs for vocational products.

Prepare monthly reports and documentation related to training activities and beneficiary progress.

Participate in meetings, trainings, and rehabilitation planning sessions.
